Outer Banks, NC trip 8/07

Drove down to NC Outer Banks for a quick weeks vacation.
Total of almost 2,000 miles. When we got home odometer was reading 369,000 miles. Weather was perfect all week 95-100 degrees.
Corolla was our base and did day trips thru Duck and Southern Shores into Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, and Nags Head. Then we headed down NC 12 to Hatteras Island and caught the ferry over to Ocracoke Island for some day tripping.
Next road trip will be Ocean City, MD again in early October and hopefully will make the Daytona Beach Turkey Trot for Thanksgiving.
